
While life in Europe is often viewed as greener pastures, it has its own challenges on daily basis. Europe has its own struggles and complexities, people tend to hide the darker aspects and try and keep up with the status, especially with immigrants from outside like Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Immigration and intergration issues like racism and Xenophobia have gained ground. Cultural intergration like language barrier and cultural differences are very significant here, discrimination and lack of access to resources too.
Unemployment and job insecurity are very significant here, even those who are employed it is either they are stuck in temporary contacts of low wages or difficult work situations. Alot of immigrants who stream to Europe are uneducated, very few are highly educated, and mostly papers from outside are throughly verified and to pass European standards.
Mental Health and loneliness have a major impact especially in western Europe, Eastern Europe is something else they are more opened and not the same as Western Europe, in culture and everything else. There is increasing recognition of mental health issues, stress and pressure. Depression, burnouts and axienty are common too.
Drug and Alcohol remain significant issues, they come cheap anyway. Housing crisis and Despite Europe’s strong social safety nets, homelessness remains a problem, especially in cities. The high cost of living, lack of affordable housing, and mental health issues contribute to the homelessness crisis.
