Europe vs USA for Kenyans

Europe vs USA for Kenyans kenyansineurope.com

One in every  10 of Kenyan citizen dream of life where the grass is greener! But at times the reality is far much worse as dreamt. For most Kenyans it is either the US or Europe.

Kenya is a British colony and majority of the rich people in Kenya take their kids to School in UK. But for poor Kenyans that is just a dream. Now when it comes to dreams it depends on where you are dreaming at!

Europe as a whole is divided into four parts that is East Europe, Western Europe, Scandinavia and the UK. Trade with a lot of caution when you have dreams of living in Europe. East Europe is made up of very poor countries in Europe mostly they come to Western Europe Scandinavia or the UK to look for work. Life in majority of East Europe countries is very poor. When we talk of Western Europe now that is where the headmaster of Euro lies. But again Western Europe countries have their own language so you have to go back to school in oder to fit to the society or dance the same Rhythm. Only UK in Europe speaks English, the rest you have to start from nursery hymns mastering the language, and its not something easy for an adult!

That is why majority of Kenyans go to the USA in search of greener pastures! Now when you compare US and Europe as for my opinion Europe have more advantages compared to the other. But Kenyans or Africans in US will tell you wise versa.

Kenyans in Europe invest in Mombasa or where they come from (village) while majority of Kenyans in US invest in Nairobi, the high-rise buildings.

Europe lifestyle is quite silent compared to life in US. Europeans are quite conservative people and very traditional. Do your research well then give me the feedback.

List of Best Countries here in Europe
  1. Norway:-  It takes in apparently alot of migrants. The living standards are very high and salary too is higher compared to olot of countries in Europe. Universal Health cover is compulsory to all citizens regardless of your earnings. Many Kenyans who live in Norway are very successful for a matter of fact. Although of late the migration have been really high so they are not taking in as many people as before. The embassy consulate in Nairobi too are really friendly and not too much bustle.
  2. Denmark:- If you wish to migrate to Europe then set your eyes in Denmark. It is a very easy country but again before you think of moving to Denmark, just consider the language barrier, you ahve to go back to school and i mean ABC like those kid in Kindergarten. But living standards are really high too and not too congested. Sorry no high rise buildings in Copenhagen!
  3. Switzerland:- Good country in Europe the thing is it is not in European Union. Swiss uses own currency not Euros. The living standards are moderate, Health cover is universal too regardless of your salary. You have the choice to choose which Cantone you lilke to be your home why? Swiss is divided into three parts. German speaking,French speaking and Italian speaking. But the German speaking cantones are the Boss. You don’t find alot of high rising  buildings in Zürich as in Dubai instead the highrise buildings are the mountains. Swiss have lots of Alps. and the best part of it, is that they are surrounded with green forests. But before you think of migrating to Swiss just remember the language barrier. Swiss are so in to their own language. And i mean you have to speak it well. So voila!
  4. Austria:- It neighbours Germany, Switzerland and some East Europe countries. But what i came to notice, Austria took in alot of refugees from syria! Every town you go to Austria there is a very heavy presence of those Arabs, or maybe they do get residence papers easily. But all in one it is a very rich country to live in although of late the politics have been aligned with right extremists.
  5. Germany:- Now Germany is the Mother of European Union, they control the Euro and alot of rich people in Europe are from Germany. Although it can be tough country too. You have to go back to school to learn german before you get employed. But before you move to Gemany just keep in mind, it is a heavily populated multi cultural country. But again it depends in which city you have you mind on. And majority of Kenyans live in Germany here in Europe followed by UK!
